Your Tasks:

• You support us with various tasks related to multi-project management at Krones.digital.
• You assist in the analysis and design of processes, as well as in their implementation using appropriate tools.
• You create and further develop templates, overviews, and documentation (e.g. for project reporting), thereby contributing to knowledge transfer within the organization.
• You take care of the coordination and follow-up of meetings.
• You prepare topics and data, visualize them, and present the results.
• You support project managers in the execution of research and development projects.
• You take on administrative tasks (e.g. project configuration, creation of views) in our tools.

Your Profile:

• You are enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong affinity for digitalization and IT project management and ideally already have some initial experience in this area.
• Ideally, you already have experience working with project management tools (Power BI, Jira, Confluence, as well as plugins such as Structure or Tempo) and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new applications.
• You stand out for your structured and independent way of working.
• You have a talent for preparing and presenting complex content in a clear and understandable way.
• You enjoy working in a team and are communicative.
• You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are confident in using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and may have practical experience working with them.
