Your Tasks:

• You support our team in further developing service management, governance, and operational processes within the Digital Operations environment.
• You prepare information, analyses, and decision-making materials for management and strategic topics.
• You contribute to the creation and optimization of processes, standards, policies, and documentation.
• You support the definition, analysis, and visualization of KPIs, as well as the development of meaningful reports and dashboards.
• You document processes, roles, and responsibilities in Confluence, thereby contributing to building knowledge within the organization.
• You work with Jira and support the planning, coordination, and tracking of tasks, initiatives, and projects.
• You prepare complex topics and data in a clear and understandable way and present results tailored to different target audiences.

Your Profile:

• You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• You have an interest in digitalization, IT Service Management, governance, process management, and modern operating models.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy structuring complex topics and presenting them in a clear and understandable manner.
• You work independently and carefully and have a structured approach to your work.
• You are confident in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
• You are communicative, enjoy working as part of a team, and have good written and spoken German and English skills.
